Software tools to further the discovery of GinSing.
Babbletron is a java program that runs on your PC to explore the synthetic speech aspects of the GinSing shield in realtime. This program is an optional program that you can install in the same directory as the tweaker program.
A simple format data file that can be used as a starting point for building your own custom word and phrase library via the babbletron. Approximately 1000 words and a few songs are contained wthin the file.
Note: As of version 4.0, all supported tools are included in the software distribution available under the software downloads section. Tools provided here are depricated and unsupporrted but may be of some use to the curious.
The SoundGin console is a Windows compatible software application that can be used to control the GinSing Arduino shield. Using the SoundGin console, you can modify the chip registers using a graphical interface running on your PC connected to the GinSing via a USB cable. You can also use it to configure and query registers to aid in setting up GinSing for standalone ( i.e. Arduino + GinSing ) operation.
